The Villa consists of two Lounges, Dining Room, Kitchen, Roof Solarium with
Swimming Pool and six Bedrooms all with En-suite facilities.
The Dining Room, adjacent to the Lounge through French doors is ideal for
formal dinner parties. There is also a Breakfast bar and fully fitted Kitchen.
The guest bedrooms all have twin beds, en-suite facilities, satellite TV,
Air Conditioning and security lock.
The Roof Solarium with its own Swimming Pool has access to the sun all day
and comes complete with sun loungers, table and chairs and BBQ area. |

The Lodge is a Six Bedroom Luxury Villa situated on the Guadalmina Estate
and only 5 minutes from the centre of Puerto Banus with its world famous marina
and fantastic nightlife.
The Main Lounge, which comes complete with Satellite TV, DVD player, Video
and Hi-Fi system faces south with large windows and patio door leading to the
front terrace, which overlooks the garden.
The Master Bedroom has a Superior King sized bed, Air conditioning with heat
and large remote control satellite TV and Patio doors leading out to the terrace.
En-suite facilities include twin hand basins with vanity mirror above and Jacuzzi
bath.
